released Chaos 1.16FW

I've just uploaded the new v1.16 firmware.
Here's the list of solved problems:

- if you select all the channels together, loop it and then change time Chaos freeze
- channels are not in sync when on a divider of the master clock
- with bias at zero, in loop, Chaos do not emits gates
- swing settings are not saved
- when you loop a channel the last two notes are always the same
- when you use chaos function on a un-synced channel time never goes past 1sec
- with low probability and swing active, ratcheting fires undesired repetitions
- slot 9 and 10 LED doesn't light up once saved.

Update does not require eeprom reset. Your slots will not be erased.
